Grandview Heights Christian Academy

Grandview Heights Christian is a non-profit educational center sponsored by the Ephrata Church of the Nazarene. The mission of Grandview Heights Christian Academy is to provide children and students with a Christ centered environment that will promote optimum growth in spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development. And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. Luke2:52

An address from our Pastor:

Since the establishment of our Day Care Center in1963, the Ephrata Church of the Nazarene has been committed to the training and development of children on a six-day-a-week basis.  With a meager beginning of only eleven (11) children, the school has grown to over 275 children in nursery, preschool, kindergarten, grade school, middle school and two years of high school.  Beginning in the fall of 2002, we will have provision for the care and education of children from toddlers through high school!

We are pleased with the wonderful leadership of Mrs. Jeanne Weber,   as Daycare Administrator, Mrs Nancy Eberly, Academy Principal and the entire staff of Grandview Heights Christian Academy (GHCA), Grandview Heights Christian Daycare (GHCD) and for the love and care they give each child, as well as the quality education that is provided in a Christian atmosphere.

In 2001 the church completed their relocation to a 34 acre site and the construction of the first phase of the new building at 110 Durlach Road in Ephrata. Grandview Heights Christian Academy (GHCA), Grandview Heights Christian Daycare (GHCD) have relocated to the new facilities also. The building has approximately 65,000 square feet and features a sanctutorium that seats 800 and classroom space for more the 500.  We have now added a gymnasium, kitchen and cafe (seating 125).  We are looking forward to even greater growth.

If you are looking for a quality education in a loving, caring, Christian environment then GHCA is the place for you or your child.

I will look forward to the opportunity of meeting you.
